So I saw this on Pinterest a while ago and had to give it a try. Like most of you, I am hesitant to say that EVERYTHING I find on Pinterest is great... well this is!

| Cook chicken, we were having tacos so these are fully loaded with yummy seasoning! |

| Place hot, to warm chicken breast directly into your stand mixer with the paddle attached. Lock head into place and turn on medium for 2-3 minutes. |

I can't wait to try this for homemade chicken salad and other great ideas I come up with! It was perfect for tacos/fajitas and very easy to do :)
