So sorry I haven't posted in a while ... guess there's not too much going on in this busy life of mine :) haha  Welp just a word about the meal, soooo easy to make and really tasty !
Salad
Mixed greens 
veggies
salad topping (croutons, sunflower seeds)
Dressing
Meat
Shrimp skewers on the grill 
 - Devein and take the shell of the shrimp, leave the tail on
 - marinate shrimp italian dressing in a freezer bag in the fridge (30 mins to 3 hrs) 
 - Place on metal skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes a side or until they are firm and pink
 - Enjoy !
Veggies
Steamed Broccoli
 - Cut the stems off
 - Place in a microwave safe dish with a tablespoon of water
 - Microwave on high for 4 minutes until fork tender
 - Add salt, butter, cheese or do what we do and just have it plain :)
Oven roasted red potatoes
 - rinse potatoes
 - chop into quarters
 - place in a greased pyrex dish
 - season (we used EVOO, Cavenders Greek Seasoning)
 - Cook at 450 for 45-55 minutes
